Question 1- Adam Sanchez
The sad part is this app has already been invented, and it is called Yik Yac. On YIk yac you have the ability to post anonymously and people browse different post and up vote the post they like. The browser also has the ability to comment on the post and say what ever they would like and people also have the ability to up vote these comments. In my personal experience people have been hateful and cruel in the attempt to be humorous. In this quest to be funny they can cause serious problems for people who are actually trying to talk about a serious subject. For this reason I have unloaded the app and discourage my friends who ask me what I think of it. I am all about first amendment rights, but there is a point where you should consider people's feelings when talking to people.
People often times feel invincible over the internet or through different apps of which they don't have to communicate with others in person. For this reason people frequently say cruel and rude things because there is no way to trace it back to them and they can still remain crude without dismantling their reputation. I agree that these types of apps often times harm more than they do good and they also take away from the human interaction that people should experience every day.

Rachel, you have an excellent point. Sometimes it is easier to say things to a computer screen than it is to another human being.
DeleteI totally agree with you on the cruelty that goes on behind a computer or smart device. I haven't heard of this app. Bur I looked it up and I will not download this app either. I love to surf on the internet and chat on social media, but to be able to communicate with an app and not in person is kind of weird. I can talk for myself so I really dont need nothing to assist me in during what I do best.
